The JCB Pothole Pro is much more than a JCB Hydradig with additional attachments – it’s a machine specially designed for pothole repair. It underwent a 2-year development process to obtain all the necessary software, hitches and hydraulics to power the attachments.

A purchase of the JCB Pothole Pro includes all the necessary attachments – the planer, cropping tool and sweeper. To ensure the Pothole Pro is always operated safely and effectively, you’ll also receive specialist training for up to two operators – giving them the expertise to use the JCB Pothole Machine to it’s full potential. And to give our customers that extra peace of mind the Pothole Pro from JCB is covered with a five-year or 4,000 hour warranty.

With its unrivalled efficiency and versatility, the Pothole Pro is capable of repairing defects of up to 250m² per day. Productivity is one of the key features of this specialist machine and it can repair a typical pothole in just 8 minutes. 

The JCB Pothole Pro works alongside asphalt machinery to complete the reinstatement work using standard asphalt, hot rolled asphalt or concrete. The choice of material is dependent on a range of factors including the extent of the damage, the level of traffic, climate conditions and budget considerations. But whichever material the project requires, you can be sure the specially adapted Pothole Pro will deliver the same efficiency and high standards on every repair. 

The 514-40 is the smallest telehandler in the JCB range but it still has the power to lift significant loads. With a height of just 1.8m and a length of 2.9m, it's designed to work in the tightest of spaces - but still has the capabilities to lift up to 1,400kg. This figure is 12% more than the nearest competitor, making the 514-40 a real best-in-class machine.

The maximum lift capacities of JCB telehandlers depend on the model and sector. Construction machines are able to handle loads of up to 4,100kg, but for agriculture, this extends up to 6,000kg for the 560-80.
