Yes, as part of EU machinery directive EN15000, the JCB patented Load Motion Control allows the load to be managed safely by progressively stopping the hydraulics when the lift capacity is reached.

The combination of the latest generation of Zapi AC drive controllers and motors, together with JCB SMART hydraulics gives arguably the most refined operation in the market.

The battery is removed through the rear access door. All batteries come with fork pockets and a single lift point as standard. This means that customers can easily change the battery with either a forklift or crane within two minutes.

Battery charging is as easy as lifting the battery cover and plugging in the GNB high-frequency charger.

With an industry leading lead-acid GNB/Exide Marathon Classic heavy duty - 80v, 625ah – battery, JCB Electric Teletruks, including the 30-19E and the 35-22E, work for a full 8-hour shift on a single charge. From 20%-100%, charge time is 8 hours with a 3 phase 415v power supply.

JCB offers two electric Teletruks (forklifts). The smaller forklift, the 30-19E Teletruk, weighs 5600kg and has a maximum lifting capacity of 3000 kg. The larger forklift, the 35-22E Teletruk, weighs 5950kg and has a maximum lifting capacity of 3500 kg.

All Teletruks are fitted with industry standard class III ITA carriages allowing the Teletruk to be equipped with a huge variety of attachments such as buckets, clamps, rotators and even sweepers to name but a few. 

Propane powered (LPG) forklifts operate in a similar way to diesel machines with internal combustion engines, except these are fuelled with propane rather than diesel. 

Electric forklifts, like JCB's 30-19E Electric Teletruk and Teletruk Electric Wastemaster, operate using a lead-acid GNB/Exide Marathon Classic heavy duty 80 volt, 625ah or Heavier Duty GNB 60ah Battery - which provides outstanding performance. 

JCB's electric teletruks provide a zero-emission, clean and quiet alternative to LPG forklifts, coupled with increased power and performance. 

The 30-19E and 35-22E electric forklifts have been built utilising only industry leading components and the battery is no exception. The machines are fitted with a lead-acid GNB/Exide Marathon Classic heavy duty -80v, 625ah. This will provide outstanding performance, backed up by an industry leading support network.

For additional peace of mind, the JCB Teletruk industrial forklifts come with a two year JCB warranty on the machine, 3 year/6000 hours on Zapi drive and controls, plus a 1200 charge cycle warranty on the battery.
