  • Post your selfie with the JCB machine using the hashtag #SelfieWithJCB on your profile or DM us
  • Tag 2 friends and ask them to follow us on Facebook and Instagram @JCBIndiaLtd

Contest T&C:
  1. The Contest is open until 13th August 2023.
  2. 5 Winners will be announced on 14th August 2023 on Facebook/Instagram. Winners will be selected basis maximum likes & comments.
  3. Single entry is allowed per participant; multiple entries will be disqualified.
  4. The Contest is open to Contestant aged 18 and above.

General Terms:
By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to fully and unconditionally agree to the following terms and conditions : -
  • These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Selfie with JCB” (“Contest”) sponsored by JCB India Limited (“JCB India”) wherein contestant (“Contestant”) can participate, voluntarily, by their own free choice.
  • The Contest is open to residents of India only.
  • All entries must be made directly by the Contestant entering the Contest.
  • Winners will be notified through personal/direct message from JCB India's Facebook/Instagram page.
  • JCB India shall not be held liable to explain the process by which the winner has been chosen.
  • By participating, you grant permission for your selfie to be used for promotional and media purposes.
  • Entries are valid between 14th July’23 and 13th August’23 (both dates are inclusive).
  • Contest closes at 23:59 on 13th August 2023; entries received after this date will not be considered.
  • Winners will be contacted by the JCB India team to claim the prize through personal messages on Facebook & Instagram or you can call to claim JCB India’s toll-free number 1800-1037-386 within 7 days. After 7 days of contest end, no such enquiries will be entertained.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • JCB India reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
  • JCB India reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Contestant.
  • JCB India is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or invalid entries.
  • JCB India may remove and disqualify entries that do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
  • JCB India may amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook/Instagram. Entrants' information will be provided to JCB India and not to Facebook/Instagram. Facebook/Instagram shall have no liability in respect of this promotion.
  • JCB India, its directors, officers and employees and those of its affiliates, indemnified and harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, expenses, fees (including legal fees and costs), liabilities whether civil or criminal, arising due to any loss/compensation, whatsoever, occurred to the Contestant.
  • The rights and obligations of the Contestant and/or JCB India shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest.
