JCB & Monster Jam

Partnership Overview

The partnership features the addition of a new truck design to the Monster Jam® fleet – JCB DIGatron. It was designed in conjunction with JCB’s engineering team and inspired by JCB’s iconic construction equipment. It will be driven by reigning Monster Jam World Finals® Racing champion Tristan England. DIGatron will make its debut at Monster Jam in January at the Alamodome in San Antonio, which will also be the city for a new JCB factory. The partnership also provides opportunities for JCB to connect with their dealerships and customers in more than 100 markets globally each year. Additionally, at selected events where DIGatron is participating, JCB will be providing equipment to support track construction as well as a JCB 457 wheel loader vehicle for recovery purposes. As an integral part of Monster Jam events, JCB DIGatron will also be included in the global Monster Jam merchandise program.

Truck Overview

Inspired by a Backhoe Loader, the piece of equipment that put JCB on the map. The truck's red seat pays homage to the original equipment's red seats, and was designed in collaboration with the JCB equipment design team and Feld Motor Sports. The truck is approximately 10.5 feet tall, 12.5 feet wide, 17 feet long and weighs 12,000 pounds. A Monster Jam engine will generate 1,500 horsepower, thanks to a supercharger that forces air and fuel into the engine. It is powered by methanol fuel, consumed at the rates of three gallons a minute from a specially constructed safety cell.

Family Friendly Brands

"Our son, Otis, is the original Monster Jam fan in our family, and it is through his eyes that we realized how incredible it could be to join forces with another family business like Feld Entertainment as both companies share the same values of innovation, dedication, passion, and attention to detail. We are thrilled about the hours of entertainment that JCB DIGatron, with Tristan at the wheel, will bring to children, families, and our customers across North America!"
