As this is a specialist piece of equipment, you'll need specific qualifications and a dedicated 360 excavator license issued in the UK by the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) and the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). (If you're outside of the UK, the legislation may be different - so you should look into your country's specific requirements). Earning this license starts with a specialist college course or apprenticeship, then you must pass a CSCS Health and Safety test and theory and practical tests from the CPCS.
