When you invest in a JCB machine, you want to make sure you’re always maximising the uptime, productivity and profitability of your equipment. That’s why we provide peace of mind with JCB Machine Care – complete machine warranty for agriculture and construction machinery.
It provides cover against any defects that have occurred due to faulty materials or workmanship for up to five years, so you can manage risk and avoid unexpected costs.
- Available for up to 5 years / 10,000 hours.
- Fully Transferable.
JCB MACHINE CARE – WHAT’S COVERED?
To qualify for official support and JCB cover, you need to take out JCB Machine Care within 12 months, and make sure your machine is serviced by an authorised JCB dealer in accordance with the operator’s handbook .
You’ll also need to have JCB LiveLink, our fleet management system, installed on your machine.
As part of JCB Machine Cover, we’ll repair or replace any defects in the covered components below.

What’s not coveredIF YOUR MACHINE DEVELOPS A FAULT
If you notice a problem, it’s important that you stop using your JCB Machine immediately for your own safety and to prevent further damage. To get your machine back up and running as quickly as possible, report the fault to us, and include the following details:
- Company name/trading title
- Machine model and serial number
- Hours recorded
- Machine location
- JCB Machine Care Comprehensive Cover Contract Number
- A description of the problem
