Family Festival FAQs

No, attendance isn’t mandatory. However, this will be a day you won’t want to miss! Please ensure you register yourself and any guests in advance.

Yes, you can select which day you would like to attend; however, this will be done on a first-come, first served basis. You will also not be able to switch which day you attend once you have registered. 

Both days of the Family Festival will be the same, with the same entertainment and artists for each. There will be a different, suprise headline act each day.

Current JCB employees can bring up to three immediate family members.

If you are a current JCB employee and have more than four people in your household, please request how many additional tickets you need at the point of registration and we will do our best to accommodate this. All requests will be confirmed once registration is closed.

Once you have completed registration, you will be able to log back into your account to amend your details and those of your guests up until registration closes. Please note that you cannot change the day you will be attending the event. If you would like to amend the number of guests attending, please email familyfestival2026@jcb.com.

No, tickets are non transferable.

Tickets for you and your family will be sent to your email approximately one week before the event. Please ensure you take screenshots of your tickets due to the lack of signal on the site.

No, if you have handed in your notice, you will not be able to attend the JCB Family Festival, even if you are still employed by JCB on the date of the event. If you have already registered, your registration will be cancelled once you hand in your notice and your ticket will no longer be valid.

Yes, children of any age count as a guest and need to be registered. 

Yes, there is limited parking on site and you'll be allocated one space per household. We'll be looking to offer a park and ride option from Cheadle, Uttoxeter, Rocester and Wrexham. Details will be released closer to the time.

Gates open at 10:30am through to 20:00pm

Parking will be open from 9:30am.

The site will close at 20:00, however we have staggered entertainment throughout the day so guests can come and go as they please.

Yes, the site will be managed by a team of staff who will issue you an individual pass to return to site. Please note, tickets are non transferable.

Although the site is hilly, it will be made accessible with a trackway installed throughout, along with disabled parking and toilet facilities. Please feel free to contact familyfestival2026@jcb.com to discuss your individual needs.

There will be accessible baby changing facilities and also a sensory 'quiet zone'.

Unfortunately, pets will have to stay at home.

Yes, lots! Keep your eyes peeled for updates via the website on the acts and entertainment.

Yes, we have lots of different food and drink stands that cater for all tastes and dietaries. Each guest will receive a complimentary meal, dessert and drink voucher.

There will be a large range of exciting food offerings, catering for all types of dietary requirements and allergies.

Yes, one drink voucher per person will be included but please do enjoy further refreshments at the cashless bar.

As food will be provided we recommend you do not bring picnics. It is also not permitted to bring alcohol on to site, bag searches will take place upon arrival. Please do not bring chairs, however blankets are welcome.

The event is on a green field site so please dress appropriately for the weather.

We will have a lost property location on site.

There will be 3 smoking areas provided, please ensure you only smoke in these areas.

Yes, for the safety of our guests we will be operating a bag check on arrival and have security on site. Please note, alcohol cannot be brought onto site. 

The event will be covered by first aid responders and medical teams.

Please be aware that photography and videography recording will be taking place throughout the JCB Family Festival.

By entering the event site, you consent to being filmed or photographed, and to the use of these images and recordings for promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes by JCB.
