Wanneer u investeert in een JCB-machine, wilt u er zeker van zijn dat u altijd de inzetbaarheid, productiviteit en winstgevendheid van uw materieel maximaliseert. Daarom bieden wij gemoedsrust met JCB Machine Care – volledige machinegarantie voor landbouw- en bouwmachines.
Het biedt dekking tegen gebreken die zijn ontstaan door gebrekkige materialen of vakmanschap gedurende maximaal vijf jaar, zodat u risico's kunt beheren en onverwachte kosten kunt vermijden.
- Verkrijgbaar tot 5 jaar / 10.000 uur.
- Volledig overdraagbaar.
JCB Machine Care – What's covered?
To qualify for official support and JCB cover, you need to take out JCB Machine Care within 12 months, and make sure your machine is serviced by an authorised JCB dealer in accordance with the operator’s handbook.
You’ll also need to have JCB LiveLink, our fleet management system, installed on your machine. As part of JCB Machine Cover, we’ll repair or replace any defects in the covered components below.
What's not covered by JCB Machine Care?
There are some components of your machinery that are not covered by our Machine Care services, so familiarise yourself with the below list.
If your machine develops a fault
If you notice a problem, it’s important that you stop using your JCB Machine immediately for your own safety and to prevent further damage. To get your machine back up and running as quickly as possible, report the fault to us, and include the following details:
- Company name/trading title
- Machine model and serial number
- Hours recorded
- Machine location
- JCB Machine Care Comprehensive Cover Contract Number
- A description of the problem
You’ll find our contact details in your JCB Machine Care Comprehensive Cover Contract Form. You can rest assured that your machine will be in safe hands with our expert team. We’ll diagnose the problem and carry out any necessary repair work to get your machine back in full working order.
