Huge amounts of expertise and innovation have gone into the new range of JCB site dumpers. They’re exceptionally rugged and durable, built ready to tackle anything the rental market can throw at them.

State-of-the-art manufacturing processes like robot machining, precision paint technology and innovative assembly techniques help to achieve the very highest levels of build quality.

Precision machining techniques ensure high tolerances and accurate location of your 1T dumper’s pins and bushes.

Built in the UK, your new JCB site dumper will have benefited from finite element analysis and rig testing to ensure superior structural strength and durability. For further peace of mind, cold cell testing guarantees starting performance down to -15°C.

Heavy duty damage-resistant articulated chassis and skips help your machine to withstand everything. What’s more, because it articulates and oscillates centrally, strength and reliability are maximised on even the toughest work sites.

A JCB 1T- 2 dumper’s skip strength is class-leading courtesy of thick steel side walls and heavy duty steel front and base plates to withstand the rigours of rental use.

JCB 1T-2 site dumpers have simple and clear user-friendly automotive-style controls, an uncluttered dashboard and no gear stick or clutch pedal. The end result is improved access and easier operation, not to mention fast learning curves for all new operators.

Hydrostatic transmission offers smooth, uninterrupted power delivery, high travel speeds, exceptional off-road performance, great traction and safer operation.

You’ll find active hydrostatic braking technology a huge advantage if you’re using your dumper on gradients.

Easy and fast servicing is essential to any rental machine, so a 1T-2 JCB site dumper features exceptionally easy ground level service access with a tilting seat base providing maximum access to all areas.

The seat base is mounted on heavy duty hinges and can be locked for additional security.

Maximised maneuverability aided by excellent all-round visibility.

NEW to the 1T-2 is JCB's unique two-stage drive inhibit system, the same technology featured on our larger machines.  Fitted as standard, the operator needs to be sat on the seat with the lap belt engaged before driving.

The dash 2 series includes a new park brake button for extra safety, as well as a retractable Hi-Viz orange lap belt as standard for comfort and protection

A folding, hinged ROPS frame is fitted as standard for operator protection in the event of a machine overturn and lower machine height during transport

Simple, effortless access and egress with 3 points of contact available at all times

A full width steel steering column shields the operator and operating platform from falling material

An array of safety features include green LED beacon with lap belt indication, JCB LiveLink telematics and Hi-Viz yellow painted steps and handles

Ideal for cramped applications like house-building or landscaping, a JCB 1T-2 dumper with a high-tip design, can tip into a standard refuse skip. It can even be equipped with narrow width wheels and tyres so that you can drive it through standard 1m doorways.

You’ll be able to move as much material per load as possible because all JCB site dumpers boast a generous heaped skip capacity, a small turning circle, high-speed operation and a supremely efficient transmission package.

The high quality, dependable Perkins 16.1 kW Stage V/Tier 4 final engine is renowned for durability and reliability. This working in conjunction with a dependable “Twin-Lock” Poclain hydrostatic drive with individual wheel motors

With a transport weight under 1,400kg the 1T-2 can be towed, lowering transport costs and increasing convenience

Wheel-to-ground contact has been maximised on this dumper thanks to large oscillation angles. The resulting superb traction aids off-road performance and boosts productivity still further.
