The JCB Teleskid skid steer and compact track loader, Hydradig wheeled excavator, and Access mobile elevating work platforms have been named in Construction Equipment magazine’s 2017 Top 100 New Products Awards. The awards recognize the year’s most innovative new construction equipment, as chosen by the publication’s editorial staff.

“Developing innovative product solutions to meet to the evolving needs of our customers is at the very heart of all that we do at JCB. It is the motivation behind more than 20 new JCB product announcements this year in North America,” said Ben Coleman, general manager of Product and Direct Sales for JCB North America. “Having so many new JCB products recognized in the Top 100, and representing such diverse machine capabilities, lends testimony to the design, engineering and manufacturing excellence that goes into every JCB machine.”

The JCB Teleskid is the world’s only skid steer and compact track loader with a telescopic boom, allowing operators to lift over 13 feet, reach 8 feet forward, and dig 3 feet below grade. It is also the only skid steer to combine the advantages of radial lift—for improved excavating and grading—and vertical lift—for greater lift capacity and lift height—in a single machine.
