To support our ambitious growth strategy we are looking for exceptionally talented, commercially minded graduates to join our Business Graduate Scheme.   

Entry Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are near to or have recently completed a bachelors or master’s programme at a 2:1 or above within engineering, business or agricultural disciplines. You will need to be tenacious with drive and determination to be successful in this fast paced environment.  The ability to speak a second language is desirable.

The Electrical & Electronic Engineering Graduate Scheme has been designed to give graduates with a relevant degree the opportunity to learn from some of the finest professionals in the off highway machine sector. During the 16 month programme you will undertake 4 placements in which you will contribute to large scale projects, not just working on one small section but on large systems or the entire machine architectures.

As JCB we are looking for candidates who show a real ‘can do’ attitude and can demonstrate a passionate interest in their area of the business. You will need to be a logical thinker with a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving. Candidates who wish to apply must be near to or have completed an appropriate bachelors or masters degree and must be on track to secure a 2:1 or higher.

The JCB Engineering Graduate Scheme is designed to harness & nurture your newly gained skills and University qualifications in Engineering. The 16 month scheme will enable you to work on real engineering projects to develop your understanding of our products, as well as gain commercial acumen. You will embark on a minimum of 4 personally tailored placements to suit your career aspirations. Rotations typically include; designing and developing current or new product, group engineering & research in our innovation centre, and a more commercially focused role to broaden your understanding of the business.

Financial Control in any organisation is pivotal to the success of the business.  Our two year Finance Graduate Scheme has been designed to provide talented individuals with exposure to areas such as management accounting, cost accounting, internal audit, group reporting, taxation, vat or treasury.  

Entry Requirements

To be successful, you must demonstrate a passion for finance and an interest in business and be near to or have completed a bachelors or master’s degree in an appropriate discipline at 2:1 or above.  We are looking for exceptional individuals with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.  You will need to be pro-active and able to work on your own initiative within a team environment.
