Can I apply for more than One programme?
Yes. We will review your application against all the programmes you apply for. If we think you are more suited to a particular programme, we will invite you for that assessment centre, but will review your results against your other areas of interest.
However, we are looking for people committed to an area of interest so don’t apply for a too diverse range of programmes.
Do I have to provide evidence of the right to work in the UK?
Do you use any psychometric tests prior to the assessment centre?
Does JCB reimburse travel expenses for assessment centres?
How is my progress monitored?
I was unsuccessful, can I request feedback?
If I am successful, when will I start my Graduate Programme?
What does the application process consist of?
You will be required to submit an application form, covering statement and CV.
Applications are reviewed by the Programme Leader and Senior Manager’s within the business.
For some programmes there will be a telephone interview prior to an assessment centre which consists of one-one interviews, group exercises, question papers and workshop exercises.
We aim to make a decision within 1 week of the assessment centre.
For some programmes there will be a second interview.
Following an offer of employment, there will be a familiarisation event to introduce you to the business. Then a full 2 week induction programme with new graduates from all programmes.
