Whether you are loading a mobile shredder or tub

wood recycling applications. All are equipped for the
tough demands of the sector, with even our smaller
machines, like manoeuvrable skid steers, equipped
with underbelly and cab guards for maximum
protection on site.
For pre-sorting and handling incoming material there is
no better option than our mobile, highly manoeuvrable
360° wheeled materials handlers. Fixed or hydraulically
raised cabs both come with full cab protection for superb
operator visibility and safety. The machines offer excellent
reach and lift performance ideal for picking, sorting,
stockpiling or loading into shredders and tub grinders.
At collection points, maximising loads is a must. To
maximise loads in the collection bins the machine
can be fitted with a compaction wheel resulting in
compaction rates of up to 3 or 4 times, subject to the
material, reducing necessary movements and costs to
the overall operation.
As some of the most robust wheeled loading shovels
around, JCB Wastemaster loaders with the option of
high-lift loader arms thrive in this tough environment.
Large capacity buckets, some with top clamps, aid load
retention and maximise each load per pass; loadover
heights of up to 5 metres with super-high-lift arms ensure
even the highest sided bulkers can be accommodated.
For smaller operations JCB Loadalls or the TM310
Telemaster offer excellent manoeuvrability and
performance. Tyre options, cab protection, belly guarding
and additional air filtration for both engine and cab ensure
the machines and the operator are fully protected.
Finally, for an efficient skip hire business, sorting and
separating the incoming stream of material is an absolute
must. Mini excavator equipped with a sorting grab is ideal
for this task, while the skid steer is perfect for loading
sorted material, even in the most confined spaces.
