PA to the Managing Director and Administrative Assistant to Compact Products UK - Cheadle Ref: CP479
This position reports directly to the Managing Director but also supports the Management Team and the Business Unit in general giving a rise to a diverse & interesting range of duties

Examples of some of these are :-

• Providing administrative support to the MD and Management Team as and when required

• Being the primary telephone contact for the Business

• Taking minutes at Management Meeting and circulating to team

• Preparation of important Business Unit reports

• Human Resources Administration

• Administration of the EHL Time & Attendance System

• Making travel arrangements

• Ordering & control of administrative stationary requirements

The ideal candidate will possess good computer skills especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and be both a good organiser & team player and able to communicate proficiently at all levels. An understanding of the JCB EHL Time and Attendance System along with an understanding of the JAS Absence Reporting System is preferred, however training will be provided where necessary.

A friendly, confident manner is required as you will be communicating will employees at all levels along with visitors and customers.

SAP SD Consultant UK - Rocester Ref: FIN 19
Description: The requirement calls for a self motivated, experienced SAP SD Consultant to become part of the JCB SAP Project team.

Key interactions: The Business, SAP Support team, SAP project team

High-level responsibilities
-Main core member of the SAP project team
-Leading the SD solution through blueprint/realisation to implementation
-Business process mapping, configuration, writing functional specs, testing, training

Formal Qualifications:
In depth SAP expertise either in a SAP support or SAP project environment.
Experience on SAP template rollouts and methodologies an advantage.
Experience with ECC6.0 beneficial.
Experience of working for an International Company with a Global SAP multi-country environment would be an advantage, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.

Key Experience/Specific skills:
•Minimum 2-3 years SAP experience
•Core competency in SD configuration with MM functional experience desirable
•Able to complete functional and technical development projects to a high standard to include writing of functional specifications, testing of developments, training and go-live support.
•Experience in Global and UK SAP Projects
•Experience of Sales and Manufacturing
•Working knowledge of other modules beneficial (PP/QM/PM/FI/CO).
•Strong Business consulting, with ability to lead and define processes and solutions.
•Involvement in Business Process developments (incl. mapping, fit-gap analysis).
•Ability to translate Business requirements into a deliverable SAP system.
•Basic ABAP programming, or basic ability to de-bug code desirable.
•Customer focus/ Client relationships
